  1. Interest in work.

  2. Appropriate dress.

  3. Awareness of health and safety.

  4. Ability to follow instruction.

  5. Quality of assigned work.

  6. Practical skills.

  7. Punctuality.

  8. Attendance at workplace.

  9. Relating to co-workers/supervisor/manager.

  10. Communicating with customers.

  11. Acceptance of direction/criticism.

  12. Initiative.
